Lotto Picker — Privacy Policy
Lotto Picker is published by Ennes Labs. This privacy policy describes how the Lotto Picker Android application handles information. It is a supplement to the Ennes Labs general privacy policy, which covers the principles behind every product we ship.
Short version
Lotto Picker collects no personal data of any kind. It has no network access, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. It generates random numbers entirely on your device and stores nothing. There is nothing to collect, so nothing is collected.
What Lotto Picker does and does not do
What Lotto Picker does:
- Generates random lottery-style number sets on your device using Android's built-in cryptographically secure random number generator (
SecureRandom). - Displays those numbers on screen. That is the entire function of the app.
What Lotto Picker does not do:
- Collect, transmit, or store personal information of any kind.
- Access the internet. The app requests no network permissions and cannot communicate with any server, including ours.
- Use advertising identifiers, analytics, crash reporters, or telemetry of any kind.
- Use third-party SDKs that collect data on our behalf.
- Store your generated numbers. Numbers exist only on screen and are discarded when the app closes.
- Sell lottery tickets, place bets, or facilitate gambling in any form.
Permissions
Lotto Picker requests no permissions. It does not ask for internet, storage, contacts, camera, microphone, location, or any other permission. It runs entirely offline, always.
Disclaimer
Lotto Picker is a random number generator and nothing more. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Powerball, the Multi-State Lottery Association, or any lottery operator in any jurisdiction. It does not sell tickets, accept wagers, or offer prizes. Every generated combination is equally likely; the app provides no prediction, advantage, or improved odds in any lottery. Lottery participation is subject to the laws of your jurisdiction and the rules of the relevant lottery operator.
Ownership, updates, and support
Lotto Picker follows Ennes Labs' customer-ownership commitments:
- Every future update and bug fix is included — free, for as long as Ennes Labs maintains the application.
- Support questions can be sent to info@enneslabs.com at any point in the application's lifetime.
- The application doesn't contact a licensing server. Once installed, it runs offline indefinitely.
Children's privacy
Lotto Picker does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no information is collected and the app has no network access, there is no possibility of inadvertently collecting children's information. Note that lottery participation itself is restricted to adults in all jurisdictions.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how Lotto Picker handles information, this policy will be updated and the change will be announced in the app's release notes. Material changes will require your explicit opt-in.
